These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 92zk ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the 92zk website accessible at https://92zk.cam and all associated services, products, games, and functionalities offered thereon. This Agreement is effective from the date you complete the account registration process on 92zk. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform in any way.

Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Eligibility

To register an Account and use the 92zk Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 92zk operates a strict 21+ policy across all products and services. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, corporation, or commercial enterprise.
• You must not be a resident or national of any Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in Clause 1 above. 92zk reserves the right to update its list of Prohibited Jurisdictions at any time without prior notice.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion database or have previously requested exclusion from 92zk or any other gambling platform operated by 92zk's parent or affiliate entities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If any applicable law in your jurisdiction prohibits online gambling, you are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with those laws.
• You must not already hold another active Account on the 92zk Platform. Each individual is permitted exactly one Account. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice, and any balance therein may be forfeited.

Account Registration

To access the full range of 92zk's services, Players must complete the Account registration process. By submitting a registration, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. 92zk reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be required to provide the following information, among other details that 92zk may request from time to time:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document
• Date of birth (to verify the 21+ age requirement)
• Valid email address (this will serve as your primary login credential and communication channel)
• Indonesian mobile phone number
• Preferred bank account details or e-wallet identifier (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or other supported payment methods)
• A secure password of your choosing

3.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. 92zk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access was made possible by your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

You must notify 92zk immediately via the 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on 92zk. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual for any reason — including to circumvent a bonus restriction, a self-exclusion, or a withdrawal limit — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all funds held across any duplicate Accounts.

KYC Verification

92zk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. All Players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed, and in any circumstance where 92zk reasonably requires verification of identity or financial source.

4.1 Required Documentation

92zk may request any or all of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy or photograph of a government-issued photo ID — such as a National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the last three months showing your name and address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A copy or screenshot of the bank account statement, e-wallet screen, or cryptocurrency wallet address used to make deposits — to confirm that the payment method belongs to the Account holder.
• Source of Funds Declaration: In cases where deposits or winnings exceed applicable thresholds, 92zk may require a written declaration or supporting documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds.

4.2 Verification Timelines

Standard KYC verification is processed within 1–24 hours of document submission during business hours (WIB, UTC+7, Monday–Sunday). Players will be notified of the outcome via their registered email address. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

92zk supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Indonesian players:

• Local Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• Indonesian E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), BTC

All Account balances are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to IDR at the prevailing mid-market exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for most supported payment methods. Specific minimum amounts may vary by payment channel and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation from the payment processor. Bank transfer and e-wallet deposits are typically credited within seconds to five minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of network confirmations.
• 92zk does not charge deposit fees. However, third-party payment processors or banks may apply their own charges, for which 92zk bears no responsibility.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits from a payment method belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will trigger a mandatory KYC review.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and e-wallets. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to the minimum amounts displayed at the point of withdrawal, taking into account applicable network fees.
• Withdrawals are processed subject to successful KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• Estimated processing times: e-wallet withdrawals within 15 minutes to 1 hour; bank transfer withdrawals within 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (WIB). Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day), or when additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on the Player's Account. 92zk reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal request.
• 92zk reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of this Agreement pending investigation.

5.4 Currency and Exchange Rates

All transactions on 92zk are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Where a Player deposits or withdraws in cryptocurrency, the conversion rate applied is the prevailing mid-market rate at the time of transaction confirmation. 92zk does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and accepts no liability for losses arising from currency fluctuations.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

92zk offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this clause.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The standard wagering requirement on 92zk is 30x the bonus amount, unless a different multiplier is explicitly stated for a specific promotion. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 with a 30x wagering requirement requires Rp 3.000.000 in qualifying bets to be placed before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional bonus offer a maximum of once unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value until wagering requirements are met, and may not be exchanged for real money directly.
• Players who hold more than one Account on 92zk are not eligible for any bonus offers. Any bonuses claimed by a Player operating duplicate Accounts will be voided in their entirety.
• 92zk reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, and to void any bonus credited in error or obtained through abuse of promotional systems.
• Certain game types — such as live dealer baccarat, roulette, and specific togel draw products — may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) toward bonus wagering requirements. The contribution rates for each game category are published on the relevant promotion's detail page.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

92zk actively monitors Account activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent; coordinated multi-account wagering; and exploitation of system errors. Where bonus abuse is detected, 92zk reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend or permanently close the Account, and recover any funds already withdrawn as a result of abusive activity.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 92zk are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game product. These product-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and this Agreement, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the outcome of a specific bet, and this Agreement shall prevail with respect to all Account and platform-level matters.

7.2 Sportsbook

92zk's sportsbook covers a broad range of domestic and international sporting events including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, the FIFA World Cup, the AFF Cup (Piala AFF), and Timnas Indonesia fixtures. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to return a profit. If one selection is void, the accumulator is recalculated with the void selection removed.
• Asian handicap (voor bola) bets follow standard Asian handicap rules as published in the sportsbook rules section.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of latency advantages. 92zk reserves the right to void in-play bets placed on events where the result was already determined at the time of placement.
• Maximum payout limits per event apply and are displayed within the sportsbook interface. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout for a single event will be capped at that maximum.

7.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on 92zk are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles. 92zk does not alter or influence RNG outcomes in any way. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 92zk's standard policy is to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account.

7.4 Togel

92zk offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) betting across major draw markets. Togel bets are settled based on the official draw results from the relevant draw organization. 92zk accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies in draw result data provided by third-party sources. Players are advised to verify results independently where significant sums are involved.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 92zk and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement, entitling 92zk to immediately suspend or permanently close your Account and forfeit any balance held therein:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other stage of your relationship with 92zk.
• Creating more than one Account on the Platform, regardless of purpose.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets, interact with games, or perform any action on the Platform that would otherwise require human input.
• Exploiting any software bug, system error, pricing error, or technical vulnerability of the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a clearly erroneous price or system error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, result manipulation, or collusion in connection with any betting event offered on 92zk.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, or depositing funds derived from criminal or illegal activity.
• Sharing your Account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to access or use your Account.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider as a means of reclaiming deposited funds while retaining winnings or bonus funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 92zk staff or other players via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 92zk Platform without the prior written consent of 92zk. Unauthorized use of 92zk's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92zk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any of the following, regardless of whether such liability arises in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Any loss or damage arising from your inability to access the Platform due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on any information, odds, or statistics published on the Platform.

In any event, 92zk's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 92zk Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude 92zk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Termination

12.1 Termination by 92zk

92zk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a withdrawal request.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from relevant authorities.
• The Player's death or legal incapacity.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of this Agreement, 92zk reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the Account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, subject to applicable law.

12.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 92zk's 24/7 live chat support or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance, subject to the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. 92zk will process your Account closure request within five (5) business days.

Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92zk holds its international operating license. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body as designated by 92zk at the relevant time.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia to the extent that such rights cannot be contractually waived.

Amendments

92zk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 92zk will provide reasonable notice to Players via their registered email address or a prominent notice displayed upon login. The updated Terms & Conditions will take effect from the date published on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
